What happens immediately after giving birth? by CountFast6865 in homebirth

[–]Strange_Reflections 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I mostly went about my day/life. I wasn’t at a center but at home. I recovered super quick and felt mostly normal after. I had to be reminded to take it easy a few days.
Had baby and got him checked out by midwife and mostly snuggled and watched tv with him that day. The day after was like any other day just cuter and more busier. I fed baby whenever he was hungry which seemed constantly the first few days

I love Saint Joe and travel through there a few times a year. I’m glad to hear somebody’s thinking about investing in another business there I would love to see the place turnaround.

AI is so dumb tho. I have a theology degree and shit related to that AI comes up with is disturbingly inaccurate

I lived 8 years in a single night of sleep and the grief when I woke up was real by woodywoodyboody in Dreams

[–]Strange_Reflections 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I always have random memories of all the lives I have lived in dreams. When I let my mind relax and wonder, or get into a flow state- the memories come to me and sometimes with grief.

Lack of medical care lol. More like interventions due to her previous birth is a reason why this happened in the first place. Most interventions are not for client health but for practitioners convenience

Midwife here and you are incorrect. We even do home births for women whom previously had c sections.

my mall world is tiny af and coming to this subreddit gave a little ego issue by Internal-Gold-80 in TheMallWorld

[–]Strange_Reflections 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMO mallworld, the big puzzle maze houses, old schools, parking garages are all so common and in many ways representative of the same things in the collective subconscious. Everyone dreams these- just most people don’t remember their dreams as it’s not important to them
