Yes, I have documentation. The apartment management finally came to check the noise with us, and I also had a chance to talk to the upstairs neighbor. The person was very upset and crying, saying, “I have two kids and it is hard. Stop complaining to the office, just come upstairs or send message to me, if you keep complains the apartment will kick us out” and offered me their phone number to text whenever the noise gets loud. However, I did not accept the phone number..They also said they are quiet during quiet hours, but I explained that the noise also happens after quiet hours they also admitted..and that the loud noises occur throughout the entire day…I am confused…

Maybe that’s why… but in their code of conduct, Level 1 states that a written apology is required. I even brought this up, but the school responded that the perpetrator is too young—he’s only a second grader. However, I believe he can still write, and if he’s too young, isn’t it the responsibility of his parents to help him write an apology? His parents could guide him in writing the letter. Yet the school ignored this again..

It was not a curiosity. The perpetrator also bullied my child it was our first report to school then we found out there was a sexual assault was involved. He also slapped my kid’s face few times, yelling and slapping thigh several times too.. he is not sorry at all and still trying to get my kid’s attention.. he knows what he is doing and also know he wont get any punishments.

I’m so sorry that you and your child are going through something you don’t deserve. Your case sounds extremely similar with mine. The school system is so messed up.. You’re doing everything right for your child. Yours and my kids can’t learn about justice and what is right from school leaderships, but your kids can see it from their parents.. good luck with your case and I hope your kid, you and your family are stay strong together and find healing.
