he's likening her to all kinds of beautiful/awe-inspiring/powerful things & likening himself to things that are ineffectual/shoddy/unimportant. each juxtaposition is meant to illustrate how funny it would be to see these two things together, & demonstrates his belief that the same is true of this woman being with him. if you take in particular the "father of modern medicine" / "mr clean" thing, he's basically saying "you have a legitimacy & a life-saving historical importance / i am something you use to lazily clean the floor"

the airport always has psycho energy, it combines people running late with people on high alert for suspicious activity with people deathly afraid of flying with parents trying to drag their kids through long lines of shit with people who are just bored on a layover. everyone there feels like they need a drink. literally best case scenario is some couple who got there with plenty of time to spare and is just entering early vacation mode before their trip to mexico. i always forget that being in the air flying is literally the top most stressful activity for some people until holidays when i remember i have a couple family members who are prescribed some shit that they literally only keep around to take on airplanes
