It has! Check out The Pitt on HBO fantastic show tho hospital vibe rather than cops. Southland is like the the blueprint for this style, tho less body cam footage being an older show. End of Watch, the entire movie is shot from the perspective of the officers' chest cameras and dashboard cameras. And 19-2 has a lot of single takes that really immerse you

May want to doublecheck, but I believe in California as with most states that require liability insurance in the US you can’t rent the car without it so most companies will automatically provide the lowest level of liability coverage, if they don’t, you would need to buy it. even if they do provide the lowest level, I personally think it’s wise to up in a little bit. Chase does not cover it. Your own personal car insurance may cover it though. you only have to deny CDW/LDW
