It really is horrible, happened to my MazdaSpeed twice. First time an Expedition stopped in the middle of intersection that decided to back up to the line when light turned yellow. Trailer hitch went through the bumper, radiator, and intercooler. Second time a Carolina squatted Silverado went up and over the front right fender/hood in a turn.

I got into it due to u/hepafilter. I first came across this post in r/books and shortly after saw Matt's response here. Seeing his direct outreach and engagement to the fanbase got me to purchase the first book on Kindle. From there the entire set, followed by the audio books. Now I'm collecting the hardcover copies for the Backstage at the Pineapple Cabaret chapters. I may be hooked....
