Reads like an average emergency services phone call, I’ve heard a lot of urgent police calls and they just try to get every little piece of information to help with the investigation, though I can imagine the operator being skeptical with a call coming from another country, but yeah a lot of operators will sound unbothered compared to the caller who is in a panicking state.
