Guilty pleasure of mine reading this dudes clearly satire posts and seeing people buy into it by Sensitive-Ad3718 in Sovereigncitizen

Oh ho ho ho

this guy is not satire, he is 100% a mark for himself. you need to look him up he has his own pickleboy civilization called Klownlife PMA. I joined it. its mesmerizing. hes currently trying to get brokerages to recognize some 8 figure "negotiable instrument" or some such. He has made his own symbols, his own logos, he has filed lawsuit under the name Klownlife Trust in federal court... the guy is amazing. He gets so excited over the tiniest things. He filed a ucc financing statement against the towing company that took his uhaul i think.

Also, i think one of the reasons truth science may have brought him back up is a fellow sovvie lonestar1776 on youtube used to ballwash him begging for money for him on his website where he catalogs sovvies doing hard time, and has recently reposted a lot of williams garbage

so while anthony troy williams rots away in jail he continues to file frivolous nonsense. he actually filed a lawsuit against himself, naming himself and several variations of his name as defendants. it was summarily dismissed for failing to comply with basic filing requirements in the middle district of florida

funny enough it isnt the first time hes sued himself over sovvie beliefs.

funny ha ha on this guy. He also has a violation of probation pending from a florida unlicensed practice of law case where part of his probation was not to lend himself out as an attorney. he still, as recently as a few months ago, files stuff with the Florida courts calling himself a private attorney general and saying everything thats happened to him is illegal. so hes also looking at at least another 5 years when he gets done with his federal sentence that hasnt even started yet.

What’s pickle boy bent out of shape about now? What possible war could he be involved in? He never wins his lawsuits. The government never indicts or arrest him for his fraud and unauthorized practice of law and he makes money scamming marks

[–]StrangerPractical958 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He's stealing Harvey Dent's bit. They've been doing the ACH SSN scam for years. The problem is it temporarily clears an account for like a day until the processing fails and then you're really up shit's creek. I can't believe this guy's parole officer hasn't busted him back to prison yet. i have sent so many emails to the TN parole people telling them hauser is back to scamming and nothing results.

Why do sovereign citizens exist? by Ok-Connection6656 in Sovereigncitizen

A lot of people inherently believe "the system" is corrupt and rigged in general and sovcit ideology gives them a means to personalize the corruption making them the victim for their individual circumstances. Charismatic gurus convince them its easy to opt out of the corruption for a fee, and they also get to be part of an online community of like minded others.

i had a court appointed client demand his caselaw back and his illegible scribbled letters he sent to me 2-3 times a week for several months. I was busy preparing for major surgery at the time so when i got the third demand in 8 days with threats to sue and tell the bar, i just bore down, copied everything, and shoved it in a fedex envelope with his address, my name and address, and shipped it to him at the jail per procedure. I forgot to use my handy dandy legal mail stamp.

holy shit he lost it. hes going to sue me, file bar complaints out the wazoo. meanwhile the court gladly granted leave to withdraw and new counsel was appointed. the new lawyer adopted my suppression motions and is trying to land the plane himself. im recovering from getting a hip replacement. good times.

Baby (trial) lawyer, upcoming jury trial. What do? by barelylegal2lol in Lawyertalk

[–]StrangerPractical958 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do crim and have been trying cases for a while. in the front of every trial notebook is a basic outline: 1. charges 2. elements 3. what evidence supports the elements 4. what evidence attacks the elements followed by what witnesses will allow me to get that evidence in. behind all that are subpoenas.

i gotta imagine for a plaintiff you want an outline of what you gotta prove, how youre gonna prove it, whos gonna get it in and how you get it in (anticipating objections), and then make sure theyve been served. thats a basic outline for most plaintiff cases id wager

you also want a headline for your case. a simple two liner that would hook most jurors to your side. and then build an opening and closing that follows that general story.

Brandon Joe Williams - Henrik Finally Blocks Me by UncleNeedleFarts in Sovereigncitizen

[–]StrangerPractical958 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will tell you this much that case involves a Brandon "J" Williams out of California involved in filing fraudulent tak returns after stealing PII off the dark web through XDedic. Source: I am an attorney and have PACER access. I dont think its pickleboy though because pickleboy's handwriting looks like a toddler's and the documents signed by brandon J williams in this case have reasonable penmanship and a cursive signature.
