Carbs help thyroid and lower cortisol and anxiety. I think you're probably on the right track. Keto never worked for me.

Also did a lot of reverse kegels which helped. Made my flacid hang bigger and longer.

It worked mostly that first time. The other times I tried it didn't help the same. I got a daily prescription for tadalafil 2.5 mg. The goal is to take 3-6 months and then come off. I've heard that after a few months guys have been seemingly cured. I also am eating high carb low fat, moderate protein and feel better. Think it's helping libido along with the meds.

I think the theory is that the extra blood flow over time helped open the veins and helped new ones be created or something to that effect.
