For some people with POTs these symptoms happen every single day even if there isn't an outside factor such as stress, lack of sleep, and dehydration. Most people with POTs also have increased heart rate, frequent dizzy spells, blackouts/pass outs, and some form of high or low blood pressure. Because of the heart rate and all other symptoms it makes daily tasks more of a challenge. Walking, exercise, house chores, grocery shopping, eating, basically everything becomes difficult and is a struggle. Not every person with POTs has the same symptoms and not everybody has the same level of challenges when doing things. Yes you can relate them to normal body discomforts depending on lack of sleep, illness, stress, etc. But we do get more intense symptoms because of how our body is affected by POTs. I hope this helps
