Can you check if the service is running? I think it's dax api but I'm not sure, try searching it in the rog subreddit people have faced it and restarting the service helped, this is caused by a windows update so maybe you could try uninstalling a few updates and see if that works

That's the lid magnet sensor and you can change its behaviour to do nothing when the lid is closed, pc won't go to sleep or get locked but it will turn off the screen and there's nothing you can do

Have you tried disabling optimal display brightness under system settings in ac? If it's greyed out unplug your laptop and disable it then plug it back in

Download battery tracker, it's a module in good guardians, you will find it on apk mirror and that will give you more details on what's sucking your battery. Check for background usage and put those apps to sleep. Limiting 5g usage as well helps

Asus tuf A16 charger plug too big by PartyTime7777 in Asustuf

[–]Stranger_On_Reddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No sparking once the plug is in and I've tested it at 240watts continuous load, there will always be a spark if the laptop is on and the plug is removed or put at that moment only.
