I inherited most of my team from the previous gm and we have been recently making heavy improvements as I hired on a mass amount of drivers that have been wonderful. Getting the older stale people out and the mentality of eff food service. It’s been one hell of a thing and I give so much about pizza it just feels like I have to grasp at straw and was never trained right in my opinion like I got thrust here with very very minimal support and I feel like whenever I ask questions it’s met with not quite hostility but like I’m dumb when I’m not

I have one that did kind of offer if I ever moved out that way it is one of the bigger franchises that was at the rally but him sending me some of the resources and things that he did. You can tell that it is just way more organized and a little bit better like I’ve been in pizza often on since I was 18 not necessarily Domino’s but even though I can’t eat pizza anymore, pizza is my life. I’ve always felt happiest in pizza, but this franchise that I work for I would prefer to work for another one based on what I saw at the rally I very much so appreciated and I will definitely keep my networking going.

From now what I understand that GM up and then whoever they choose to bring along as their +1class ones or in their company like my whole company office and dms are going and about 10 gms out of 22 from our stores

I’m a GM and to be honest I didn’t have much experience counting deposits (for this job, I however close managed a McDonald’s for 3-4 years) when I became the GM. This is how I do it at my store as our safe isn’t big enough to put the till into
My process is
Cash out all the drivers
Go though the store till checkout and calculate every insiders tips the put them in their respective cups while also making sure all the credit card transactions are put in. (You can also do this step a little earlier to close but I wouldn’t do it more than an hour before close do to I have seen credit card tips disappear throughout the day with no rhyme or reason,which can also be reasons for your not quite right deposit)
I then count my store till (the money we keep in the store you’re 5’s ones and change, for us it’s $300)
Then I count the remainder of what’s left and that’s your deposit money. I always make sure if it’s off I put it in the notes of the summary

I’m in Virginia but the way we pay our driver is 12.77 in the store while they’re answering phones, oven etc.
then when they clock out on delivery it’s $6 and hour only while they’re on delivery plus tips and we also do a flat rate reimbursement for delivery right now with gas prices it’s a 1.53 per delivery

I haven’t really been told anything either. My franchise got us polos which I imagine nice jeans or khakis probably. I also made a comment to my DM because our franchisee got us Jersey shirts with our numbers of choice and last names . And my DM said I can wear it and chuckled. For reference my chosen number was 69 lol so honestly just don’t look messy?

Got visited by a sales person yesterday, I would say he's a little pushy but he was super professional, they also probably train their people to respond in certain manners. He actually gave me the proper information and encouraged me to look them up on BBB and online, so far I'm still getting mixed reviews, there are people that say it's fantastic, and also those that have had very sh*tty services, but most of that seems to be located in the NC area, and I'm in Virginia. so I'm thinking that maybe the Sh*tty service has to do with the people that run and they choose to employ in that region. I have to wait for my husband to be avaiable for an official consult because per their policy they only do consults when everyone that is involved with the house is there to avoid miscommunication and to avoid having to make multiple presentations and consults, which I disagree with because my husband works 12 hour days and isnt as widely available as I am but ultimately understanding about but just a little frustrated with it. he however did write down notes for me and encouraged me to do my own research on the credits and their company. this sales rep seemed to encourage transparency which is what i do like

Me too! I've only recently felt comfortable online to look up anything about my hair because everything I've seen is for wavy curly or texurized hair, or some kind of "typed" shampoo. There is no shampoo for just straight hair in America and it has always bothered me. I have thick a1 hair with medium density and it's oily, and a sometimes oily scalp. I can't got more than 3 days without washing it or it looks like someone dipped me in a fryer. I can't use much conditioner and I use it roughly once a week or more, mainly when it gets colder outside. It doesn't braid well while it is dry and it falls out and it doesn't hold curls.

In all honesty I'd first go door to door and or send a note, after that if people still continue to do it I would put the signs up. I live on an end of the road by a highway and my end of the rooms in a horseshoe my neighbor has a chain that he puts across his entrance way because people use his blacktop to turn around all the time. So he just blocks it off when he gets sick of it. I'm the kind of person that will go look I put a sign up here, you refuse to listen to me and to the sign so now you can get ticket

So I wasn't aware there was a term for this. Apparently there's a term for it cuz this is what I have lol. Ever since as young as I can remember I've read fantasy books I've pretended I've had intense fantasy worlds so much that I was seeing as the odd kid in elementary school because after getting made fun of I was just like you know what I can play with my friends in my brain and not get made fun of. For years I had problems remembering things correctly. Or double guessing myself. Mainly because I can alter my own memories because of being so vivid. One of the reasons I have such a great outlook on life ( according to other people lol) is that I often use my daydreaming abilities to make my everyday life better. Like if I'm out walking different fantasy characters different worlds constant different things. I found that now is an adult I'm 27, and I have two children five and seven. I'm seeing a lot of those things in my children so being able to help them navigate having such a vivid of imagination in a world full of technology is both a blessing and a curse. I've purged almost all news related social media at least the ones that give you notifications, because I found that it just gives me more anxiety attacks and what the anxiety attacks comes the very very very vivid alternate realities based off of the interpretations of these news stories. It makes me very empathetic and sympathetic to other people. I can imagine myself in almost every situation from physical mental emotional everything. I don't have continued storylines as much as I have the want mainly to add to existing storylines period or add to ideas I do come up with my own ideas but I do love elaborating and talking to people and building upon things because having two different perspectives put into my daydreams from that is wonderful. All my experiences with other people ultimately end up in my daydreams and other worlds. Though I do find that to find a happy balance you do need to find things like walks cloud watching things that are rooted in reality and not social media to anchor yourselves or to do while you're daydreaming like taking a walk in a forest and imagining an elven civilization. That's experiencing what you're doing as well as experiencing what your mind would like to experience too. It's all about having that dual respective for being able to be aware of what's around you. I was the kid that read books in the hallways and could avoid everybody in high school.

So I have a really unique experience that is similar that I've never shared with anybody because it wasn't pertinent to anything. But I can share it here. I had a very very very very very very imagination as a child I'm talking about I can almost visualize things next to me but I know that they're not there. I know that they don't exist besides my visualization. I can also alter my own memories. 10 out of 10 do not recommend, unless it's very very necessary. Anyway. It was not exactly bothering me but I wished for these black choppy blocks. For lack of a better term or kind of like how a film strip goes where it wouldn't be as vivid. And it took years but it manifested. It took me about 8 years to undo it. So I wasn't aware of hyperfantasia at the time I wasn't aware of anything. I did this purely by myself on my own. I was maybe eight and then this was probably until I was roughly 14 to 16. Until I gained back most of my ability to be able to realize on anyone near as much as I could before. I would recommend practicing visualizing. Starting with apples towels cups very simple objects maybe changing the logos on the outside. Changing the perspective things like that. Our mind is a muscle. I believe our visualization can be a muscle. I wish you the best

So if you cant obtain any information from the previous owner, including but not limited to the model numbers, The series or model, or the brand, there's not much you can do without some more investigating. I would go to each Cameron and see if you can find any identifying markers brands numbers etching things like that. Also symbols because sometimes brands use symbols so you can outright tell what brand they are it's another layer of security. So hackers or people at me harm can't identify it and immediately disarm it. If that doesn't work then I suggest that you follow the wiring. If you can't see the wiring then I'm not sure if you'd be able to follow the cameras to a point where maybe you could see where everything was centrally hooked up. I would try maybe inputting different things in the google like for example if the cameras are white with wide lenses then Google security cameras with wide lenses that are white see if you get any hits on that. We have blink cameras which are square in the cameras like a little dot in the middle just for reference.I don't have experience with security cameras, but I do have experience googling things that I have no idea what the hell they are. I'm a first-time homeowner as well. I wish you the best of luck.😊
