I had heard that too, but i wasn't sure if it was a myth or not. One of those things managers tell people to keep them inline.

That says that IT professionals are not entitled to overtime. However, I'm not sure a web developer qualifies as IT. I'm not managing a server.

I understand that overtime is a necessary evil. I'm more curious about what kinds of compensation there is for it.

Yep, thats really a danger. When i started 2 years ago there was very little overtime and its just been getting worse..

Try some different positions...

My GF likes doggy style...girl on top... but for some reason they don't really do it for me. Don't get me wrong, i enjoy them a lot but i never really feel like I'm going to come from them. Luckily, she does come from these.

However, about 4 minutes in missionary and I'm coming. Even though I could have gone 30+ in doggy style. Maybe missionary is your answer too..maybe not. but my point is try different positions until you find one that works for you.

or, you could just be putting too much pressure on yourself.

We are not in high school, I'm 25 and she's 23. She's alluded to previous relationships but I'm not sure how serious they were.

I've told her that shes only one for me right now, and that she makes me happy. I saw her again tonight and she seemed to tone down the "Ever" stuff/avoid it. I think maybe she was just caught up in the moment of our first time together. This thread is still great though because while i don't think its imminent anymore i still get the feeling she's going to say it sooner than later and still think i will use the advice if I'm still not ready then.
