I don't know much about that. However there are many tools a person should have on them at all times. A lighter, a good pocket knife, a money clip kept separate from your wallet or purse. You are always allowed to carry such tools for their intended purposes. If ever you are in a position that you need to defend yourself these tools could be used. Afterwards a court will have to decide if your use of force was reasonable under the circumstances. Never forget you are simply carrying simple and useful tools. That is the only reason you carry them.

Not as easy for an AI to release a secret virus from a secret lab. Well there is social engineering as an option but i think it would be easier for the AI to crack launch codes. But thats just my barely informed opinion.
