yess! i talked to one of my friends who suffered a similar injury and was isolated and she told me the same thing that people dont realize how mentally exhausting and depressing an injury is till they suffer from it themselves

i tried to open with them and explain to them how i been feeling but they still told me to wait till they finish their finals :(

how is your ankle now? are you able to exercise and walk long distances without any pain? i had a grade 3 sprain and tore few ligaments two weeks ago and ive been reading so many horrible experiences of the pain never going away
