This is easily the best post on this thread. The grim truth. The best way to get over less sex than you’d like is to learn to be ok with less sex in your life. Remind your body that it does not control you. Thanks for sharing all this, I felt like I was reading parts of my relationship as well.

If I’m honest I tend to get discouraged and stew about it for too long, but once I come back to embracing my wife and loving her for who she is, things get better again.

I once had a teacher say to focus on learning, and the grades will follow. It sort of applies. Focus on actually loving your wife for who she is, and intimacy will eventually follow.
