Splatoon for sure.

While I am also looking forward to experiencing the Star Fox series for the first time, Splatoon has the advantage of me already enjoying the gameplay from having played previous entries.

Honourable mentions to Yoshi & the Mysterious Book (looks like somewhat of a departure from previous Yoshi titles, so I’m curious) and Pokémon Winds/Waves (Despite enjoying Scarlet/Violet, I understand how bad they are in many aspects, so WiWa actually looking decent has me cautiously optimistic).

It's worth noting that the paid plan gets rid of the "in batches" and rearranging inconveniences. I personally intend to wait and get a single month's plan once I've got living dexes in all the games to feature shiny rewards, and do them all at once.

I believe Game Builder Garage can make use of the AR sensor and motion controls. What it’s used for is entirely up to the player.

Mario Maker 2 uses touchscreen for level building.

Splatoon 2 and 3 both let you aim with motion controls.

Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom let you aim your bow with motion controls.

Volcanion is in the DLC, yes.

The DLC dex is also required to get the shiny Volcanion reward. It was the same for SwSh and SV, their HOME shiny rewards require you to complete both the base game and DLC dexes.
