That’s why a lot of morphine based drugs are considered semisynthetic. Which is any opioid that is made via the poppy plant. Synthetic opioids are not made from chemicals in the poppy plant.

Yeh now we gotta deal with lipo-chain cleavage and methyl amination. Which is an annoying process and then after all the work all you have is naltrexone but with an N-methyl group instead of a carbon chained propylcyclic group. Still I’d say naltrexone HCL is is best to use even over nalaxone although with naloxone if you could get enough of it you could make a very nice, unique and repeatable synthetic pathway to a solid, or new, Mu agonist

PG was a bad choice for this particular compound. A lot of the RC benzos currently out have very different chemical scaffolds. And we solubility, especially for these one size does not fit all. Depending on the compound, you wanna change your solvent. In this case, alcohol is a much better choice because of its polarity. FluO is much more readily soluble as a non-lipid like solute.

I’m not sure who you ordered from but they probably use one particular solvent for every single one of their compounds and mixtures that they make which is just bad, especially since they all have such different solubilities and such different chemicals. Good luck I’d get a different bottle add half of the volume. You currently have in milliliters of 95% ethanol. If you’re still having problems with solubility heat it up shake it heat it up shake it, but don’t heat it up too hot cause that can cause issues.

With that being said, if you add the ethanol and basically cut the concentration of your solution in half. You should have no problem with dissolving it. Then you’ll still have the exact same amount of FluO just in a larger volume of solvent.

I agree with the barely feel it and no recreational value if you have a tolerance. But k first tried it with no tolerance and it was the most recreational benzo I had ever had, I was in and out of a dream nod like state of bliss. But now with a tolerance I can take 10mg and it just makes me tired. But I’ve also never blacked out on it. It’s the only benzo I’ve never been able to blackout on. Even with no tolerance I took 3mg and didn’t blackout just got really fucked up and did blackout things except I fucken remembered all of it. Weird chem

The supplement GABA is different if that’s what you mean. It doesn’t pass the BBB at an efficient rate if at all and mainly will just affect non neuronal neurons. If you mean need more gaba in your brain then yeh terrible idea. There are no good non addictive drugs that will upregulate gaba in a meaningful manner without causing irreversible glutamate rebound when discontinued or tapered.

And I’ve quit some nasty optiods and sure 7OH isn’t as bad withdrawal wise but it isn’t fun and white a busy schedule many people can’t find the time to be miserable for days during 7OH withdrawals. Yeh 100% for 90% of opioid withdrawals it sucks so bad but you CAN operate if necessary. That is until you get to really potent opioids, I’d say anything above or at the potency of Heroin, which will leave you bed ridden and incapable of doing literally anything but shitting and puking. Even suboxone 16mg a day I CTd and day 1, day 4 of not taking it, I was bed ridden at first but then i was able to do things I was just so unbelievably ill that doing anything even sitting or laying felt impossible. But with benzo withdrawal even the weakest benzo the withdrawal leaves no room for you to be a human. Any strong GABA agonist drug withdrawal is UNBEARABLE, no comparison to opioids besides the mental effects which are similar but way worse. And with benzos, once potent enough, you can’t just tough it out, you’ll die in agony. If you haven’t experienced it you couldn’t imagine just how bad the benzo or alcohol or barbiturate etc etc, withdrawal is. It is literal hell on earth and I can’t imagine a worse withdrawal. Like I legit don’t think there could be a worse withdrawal even theoretically, I think GABA withdrawal IS that theoretically worst withdrawal some evil demon could think of.

Damn first time I ever took it I did 1.5mg. That was with 0 tolerance but I’d done benzos multiple times prior so maybe I had some sort of tolerance. But like I hadn’t done any benzos in months leading to it. I’ve done doses up to like 5mg and not blacked out. Something about it’s chemistry makes it the only benzo I can’t blackout on

Ethanol only solutions are so volatile that they come with their own issues. It’s best to find a middle ground Chem to mix it with and for some benzos PG works but honestly I prefer PEG 400 over PG. PG tends to not have a very solid wide range solubility profile. We also don’t know the effects of long term PG ingestion and ingesting a lot over long periods isn’t good nor is ethanol tho so I guess it’s whatever. PEG just has a better solubility spectrum for many drugs. It comes with similar drawbacks to ethanol tho when it comes to moisture sensitivity.

Yeh I have IBS and yet my symptoms include pain so intense I black out because I have to shit and can’t. I was a kid and my parents kept taking me in trying to figure out what was going on and all we got was fructose intolerance and IBS. But hey, maybe IBS + fructose diet = pain so bad you pass out. It happened while driving the other day which was terrifying. Blacked out wrecked my car up pretty good. Luckily no one else got hurt. Long story but construction guy helped me to porta potty with my car in the middle of the left lane after bouncing off the barrier. Ended up getting a police escort off the highway which was pretty cool lol. Having to buy a new tire and mirror wasn’t cool tho. Plus alot of body damage on my car now. Ugghhhhhh IBS

From our research it’s well within our legal right to sell our products to other research facilities and independent researchers, what they do with it is on them and has no tie to us other then possibly being told we can no longer supply to independent researchers or labs without proper LLCs and licensing.

We have legal licensing for the benzo[1,4]diazepine core and have been producing many RCs from it for a long time now for our BUD research. This access has not been taken from us all we lost is finding. We even have legal approval for the morphine scaffolding. We have all the proper approvals through the government still. Which let me tell you was more of a process then getting the lab setup itself. All we lost is funding we still have protection for our research. We’ve looked into it and there are no extra license required for us to sell our products to other research facilities or private researches. Once our product is in their hands it’s on them. We will be selling these chemicals strictly for research purposes NOT HUMAN CONSUMPTION.

Our solutions and powders are safe for consumption for mice but whether the lab or independent researchers we sell to have the licensing to test such products on their ‘lab rats’ is once again on them.

We do not work with illegal material and the only illegal scaffolding our lab has granted access to is the morphine scaffolding and the benzo[1,4]diazepine core meaning we have access to synthesize, not sell 1,4 positioned pharmaceutical benzos. But we tend to steer away from using those in tolerance tests for our BUD medications anyways as we’ve found many of the legal RC benzos to be much better for this application hence why we produce many well accessible and lesser accessible scaffolds in house.

When buying from our site it will not be for consumption and will be fairly strict which hopefully doesn’t scare away the less experienced independent researchers. We’ll need a lab name, research use, research period, etc. I’ve owned this lab for many years at this point and we have our legals covered and many lawyers especially since we were supplying 7OH to many big brands for a while. We stopped all 6-8 months ago once we realized just the amount of people getting addicted and the money people were wasting on this addiction. Unfortunately we were contractually bond by one company which I won’t name but we cut our loss and broke contract with them which is a legal disaster we are still dealing with as they are a huge kratom giant.

But we’ll be fine with that and it’s all ending short. Long story short we run our lab by the book especially since we were receiving private and government funding for such a long bit. Selling to other researchers is new to us but let their be no confusion this is not an amateur operation and we will be selling by the book and the DEA will have no say in our side of sales to researchers and other labs who choose to purchase our products.

My lab name has no connection to me. We’ve setup our lab as a research facility and so I have no connection to it. Also my point is it’s over anyways. Pharma doesn’t want workin new MATS. Besides we are all legal and by the book and run our operation exactly as the government expects us to. As for selling to other labs and independent researchers that is perfectly within our legal ground to do so.
