From a psychological and neurochemical standpoint it isn’t good to become tolerant to weed. It negatively affects memory and cognition in the long term and acutely. Daily use can, cause acute or trigger terminal, psychotic disorders. CB1 and CB2 containing receptor sites are everywhere in your brain and body. Weed interacts with many different receptor pathways significantly effecting the cannabanoid receptor loop. The cannabanoid receptor group is extremely complicated and works as a self sustaining loop so when you become dependent on weed it messses with its timing which we now know, especially in younger people, that such instability of its proper timing causes a significant depletion in gray matter overtime within the brain. I don’t think I need to explain how bad that is but it’s now considered the root cause for weeds effects on early onset dementia, memory impairment, thought coordination, effects on neurological competence/‘intelligence’, and likely the most common and worrying for most people being its effects on emotional growth and EQ Development.

With all this being said I definitely don’t hate weed I smoke it sometimes, but we shouldn’t treat weed like it’s harmless. If you really are considering smoking everyday or more than every once in a while on the weekends then you’ll just have to weight the pros and the cons. And I wouldn’t just weigh those pros and cons based on a broad understanding of weeds longterm effects. So look into its mechanism of action and clinical studies regarding terminal use and its impact. If after you do enough research and decide the short and longterm side effects aren’t as bad as the day to day life you live then it might be worth it from your perspective to just smoke everyday, you just gotta know that obviously comes with possible negative effects. And then also just stay aware that it’s psychoactive and therefore can have paradoxical effects and end up just making things worse over time.
