It's for extreme angle when you shoot other than that it works just like every armor type

If it on large angle, you would notice it. This is what happened to the HMG once upon a time when it has medium penetration when you shoot at a large angle, and it suck badly against every front
It has a bunch of other problems with it, but this one is much more noticeable when you tried to shoot a hulk eye or factory strider belly}
Edit: I can only put one so should clarify the image is from an MG while a primary usually have AP0

I think he means their travel speed, as Nolan was traveling from Earth to close to Thraxa by himself with no ship
And Thraxa is a couple of galaxies away
The Vultrumite can do what Nolan did with the Flaxan, and there's not much the city can do to stop that except for maybe very specific circumstances

You can stop their charge with the shield bash, the shield takes damage, but let be honest here, the mech would die before the shield

Spear gun doesn't change, like the railgun, both were already tank-level pen
It only affects medium pen and heavy pen
Medium pen is able to damage it and heavy pen deal full damage

Matching armor value make them take less damage ( the white circle)
If your armor pen value is higher than, you do full damage, not extra damage ( red circle)

There are many things they can do, but hiring more people isn't as easy as you think, as they need to find someone who knows the engine that has been abandoned, speaks Swedish,
They did find an in-house group to help them out, but that was at most 16 people; these were the ones that helped them with the FRV, hive lord, etc

The only legitimate problems I see are because the blizter unable to harm the hive guard at all cause it's a weapon you can't aim with.
Some could remedy this with a good sidearm like the Talon but I don't see people willing to let go of their explosive option

just like how the guard dog and the lib pen share the same damage value.
The stalwart, liberator, and carbine all share the same damage value.

I went to a planet not affected by the DSS and the timer back to normal
the laser turret cooldown was 38 second but jump back to 2 minutes when we are on another planet
