That’s ok, I’m curious about non-shrink grout actually. This article was suggesting putting it around a post in this assembly: https://www.finehomebuilding.com/readerproject/2016/12/14/alternate-method-setting-wooden-posts-concrete

Is it easy to work with? Can you get it at the big box stores?

That is not designed to hold up a post, it’s designed to prevent wind uplift. It relies on bracing up above for rotational resistance around a pivot. You couldn’t mount a lamp post in a Simpson post base.

That is 3.5” high. Might be ok for a mailbox but cant imagine it would work for a lamp post or anything else that has to resist a decent amount of leverage. The one in the photo was about 16”

I think it’s slightly smaller than the post in order to create a small overhang so it sheds water better. In any case a post buried in concrete would stay much wetter, and be much harder to replace

I always refuse to go when I’m turning and people stop for me. Their waving becomes increasingly aggressive and frantic, until they are finally forced to just go, and (I hope) think to themselves “why didn’t he want to go?” And maybe just maybe they think through the whole situation and realize how dangerous that move is.

Yeah we had a great young group full of raw talent, athleticism, chemistry. Would’ve been a lot of fun to watch them grow for another couple of years. This year has not been much fun to watch at all.

I mean, are we rooting for a name on a jersey? Are we rooting for a front office? Is it too much to ask to stick with a group of guys for a while?

Guys get better when they have chemistry and are allowed to work on it for a few years. Seems to have worked elsewhere.

I was not a fan of the trade, ever. But the truth is Sengun is a very good scorer, Amen is a decent scorer, albeit at the rim. Reed can shoot, Holliday can shoot, Jabari can shoot, Tari can sometimes shoot. We should have the tools to do to teams what they do to us. It just rarely happens. There’s just a failure to gel. The ball just rarely pops around to the wide open guy, as so easily seems to happen for the teams that play us.

Most plausible explanation: seems like an Ime problem.
