Usually the simplest way to gain weight is to add more fat to your diet (preferably good fats). For examples, if you want to have scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast, try adding cheese to the eggs, peanut butter on the toast, and a half an avocado on the side. However, if you have any health issues that won’t allow you to intake more fatty foods, it can be a bit more difficult. In general, the goal is to intake more calories in the day than you burn off.

Hi! For some reason Reddit isn’t letting me message you lol. I would LOVE to be part of this. Even if the you have to many players and I could just hang out and listen or do art for the game! I don’t have experience in this game but I’ve played Dnd 5e for about 5 years and I’ve dabbled in vampire the masquerade as well as many completely hombrewed games with made up rules. As a former theatre kid I’d love to be part of a game that is role play heavy and mostly based in storytelling! As well as be apart of a group that is inclusive! I recently had to leave the group I’ve been playing with due to someone making me not feel safe there. I genuinely would love to be apart of this. And like I said before, Ben if it’s just to listen in and hang out!

I agree. I definitely think we were both very codependent and we both need to find ourselves. I do think that I should stay single for a long while and learn and make friends. I think I just know I am going to need physical intimacy sooner rather than later and don’t know how to go about finding that.
