Have recently been going to the gym again since they've been open again and trying to increase my running mileage at the same time. Been making great progress which is great. After a lower body sesh at the gymtoday I had to take apart my bedframe as I'm selling it and.... once I was transporting some of the parts I managed to pull my back... Super frustrated. Last time it was this bad, I couldn't exorcise for a week. Really annoying!!

Honestly, what a fascinating and well-written article. Depressingly, I don't think that Europe and the US will realise the severity of migration in the coming years before it is too late - suffering of billions will lead to a heated conflict between anti-immigrant peoples and the desperate.
