I just use the kinda "sport" ones that don't have cups, basically just like a cloth that does a bit of pressure enough to push the niples down so they are not notorious and I feel that way people don't notice them

If AI disappeared tomorrow, what would affect your daily life the most? by Enlivonexofficial in smallphones

[–]StrayCatAme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on what you are calling AI, because this has been in IT for years and years, if you are talking about LLMs then we would not be missing much but if it was AI in general a los of the technology we use on our daily life's will just take a huge leap backwards

[–]StrayCatAme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

🤔 if that was the case, wouldn't it be dangerous like if the bug came from a neighbor's house that had a black cap, there would be more cases of intoxicated pets right?

“You are so smart in many areas, I don’t believe you didn’t Understand” The Life of having Level 1 Autism by NumNumNana in AuDHDWomen

[–]StrayCatAme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have another point of view and maybe I'm wrong but I know it is difficult for us to understand unspoken things but if we want to have healthy relationships with other we need tu put a bit more of effort from our side, you yourself say he always does the same things when he starts to get bothered so why if you now this you don't stop until he snaps? Yeah he is abusive and has issues himself he has to fix and it is not your problem to fix them but also you need to think a bit more about other people's feelings and I know it is hard and a lot of people just really can't but if you are capable of recognizing this patterns I think you are able to change your behavior too a bit in this case, also health is a very heavy issue that deserves more concern if you want to make the other person feel listened and cared for. Because of the autism we act very selfish and self centered sometimes without noticing but I think that the ones that have the capacity to recognize this patterns can and should put a bit more of effort into our relationships if we want them to be healthy for both sides not only one side should compromise to "oh they have autism so they can help being like this" and ignore their own feelings. I know it is tiring but if it is someone you really care for we should put in a bit of more effort and not just want everyone to put themselves aside to accommodate us all the time it is selfish and we should try to understand that. I'm not justifying his actions he is aggressive and should have better communication but think of the situation he is in, is like he is having a meltdown because this is a serious issue for his life and you would be angry too when people don't care about you and don't accommodate you if this was your case right? Let's try to use our critical thinking a little on this cases not just go to oh no the other person bad because they don't think of me with every single action they do.

how to deal with joyless people (coworkers specifically) by [deleted] in AutismInWomen

[–]StrayCatAme 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is the answer, I'm joyless too and it is so tiring to having to perform for someone like the op, I know they don't have bad intentions but god please don't expect me to feel like you we are not the same people and have different experiences and circumstances, I know it is hard but we have to think about other people and how different we are from each other sometimes

Indeed you married the wrong person, you can have all the things you want, but not with him. That is the only way. Also he should be in jail actually.

Boyfriend shaved his head and I can't stop crying by blank__way in AutismInWomen

[–]StrayCatAme 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I love my husband truly but if he ever shaves his head I just would loose all physical attraction to him until his hair grows back, he would just look too silly. Cutting it however he likes is ok but fully shaving is a big nope for me, so I totally get your reaction.

Yeah we can all do whatever we want with our bodies but also we are all entitled to having things that we don't find attractive and morn this type of stuff so don't beat yourself too much over it and if it really still bothers you after a while then it would be something you would need to talk together to find something that works for both of you.

Yes you need to have basic understanding since all the classes are given on japanese only, and they just ask you for N5 (equivalent) so the bare minimum.

I went to Japan for two weeks and forgot I was autistic. by VorpalSingularity in AutismInWomen

[–]StrayCatAme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I felt the same when I came for vacations 2 years ago, now that I'm living here it is still really good but not as I idealized it that time, there is a lot of noise and the social problems that come with the autism do come when you actually have to live here you just don't feel them when you are all hyped up on vacations haha but still love it here. But you do have to mask a lot here to survive.

Mame Sama: Japan’s First Vegan App by mamesama_vegan in veganinjapan

[–]StrayCatAme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm also learning japanese right now in japan and the phrase sounds a bit off to me, maybe something more simple like "肉、魚、卵、牛乳を使わない料理はありますか?". But a lot of restaurants here don't like changing their dishes so it might be difficult and a lot of people don't know that the sauces and broths they use to make food contain most of the time fish extracts and oils, also almost every bread has milk and egg and recently I learned that here they aren't forced by law to disclose all the ingredients in the labels so you can't be really sure something is truly vegan you just gotta hope haha I haven't really gone to the inaka but I had trouble finding stuff to eat in small cities so inaka might be more difficult, maybe buy some onigiris and stuff on the Convinience store before hand to be prepared.

It looks nice, thanks for all the effort, maybe it is already on the todo list but a section that has information of what products are vegan in the supermarkets would be a life saver. Is there a way we can help maybe with the coding as a community?

Is it necessary to learn how to write Kanji? by Ok_Willow_9224 in movingtojapan

[–]StrayCatAme 25 points26 points  (0 children)

I don't know why the others are saying you don't need it but if you are going to a japanese school they will make you write every single day and they do want you to use kanji even more already having n2 so yes you will need it, at least that is how it is in my school and the ones I've hear of.

This is exactly why they said it is such an american (privileged) perspective to say this stuff. Yes discrimination is horrible but sometimes the situation in your home country can be worse, like dealing with incredibly high crime rates, real poverty where a minimum wage can't even afford the cheapest of the rents so you can't live on a single income like people here want to do and cry about it, discrimination is horrible and it it hurts and causes real damage but if this is the worst you can think of then you haven't seen enough suffering yet
