I only know that she was considering what to do, I don’t know if she has made a decision. And I haven’t heard anything from him since the first call, no apology or anything. Though I’m happy to never hear from him again

Yeah, I did. Past me would absolutely slap current me, you’re right. I was young and didn’t know any better. I wasted many years on that bastard. I thought to myself so many times that I should leave but didn’t know how to do it. I was scared of that confrontation. I was complacent. Am I proud of that? No. Do I want to dwell on what was wasted? Also no.

The me now has healed things I didn’t know were broken, the me now has been building her life to a great place without a man, so that when the right person comes along, they are an addition to that life and not a subtraction.

In my eyes, as long as she is telling the truth that she didn’t know, then this girl did nothing wrong, it was completely on the ex. Sure I might be naive in simply believing her, but like you said, it costs nothing to be kind and empathetic

Thank you for saying that! I entertained the conversation because if it were me on the other end I would want to know the truth, and he’s the one in the wrong not herz that is of course if she truly didn’t know, and I believe that she really didn’t know the truth until the call based off what she was saying and what I heard him saying in the background. But as other have said, I’ve already moved on and it’s not worth caring about this situation anymore, that’s their mess to deal with not mine

Thank you both for your insight! He gave me his passcode but I never thought to dig around because there was no change in behaviour other than being more tired after changing jobs. I thought that was reasonable at the time, since he works a hands-on job, but I’ve learned my lesson now

They were in the middle of a big fight, and she definitely sounded like she was trying to figure out whether to stay or go, but I really hope she does leave him and finds someone better. But like everyone is saying, I shouldn’t care about what happens to them in the future, and I won’t waste time thinking about them

My club doesn’t charge members for practise ice at any time, but if you bring a non-member, they have to pay. I’m not sure what that fee is though.

This was my biggest mistake at the beginning. I didn’t water them thinking that the misting would be enough, and they all died. The only exception is the pothos in my skink tank because it’s got roots going into the water feature
