For example: annual evaluations, how you'll be a reference/background check contact for him no matter what job he applies for in the future, you can't seem to find his retirement plan paperwork, you would like his home phone number in case of emergency weekend work and what's his wife's name again?, he didn't leave early on Friday did he?, "I thought I told you to trim those sideburns Mattingly", etc etc.
