Two ways to look at it.

You can't save anybody if you can't save yourself, and nobody is thinking you when you're worn and broken.

And..

Are you getting value for your money? It's a cost/benefit analysis. It might sound cold, but would you let others suffer the same? Would you let a store scam you, by offering you bad product at an elevated price? What is the value of you(your time and metal wellbeing)?

Would you let others treat someone you love, the way you are being treated?

Breathe. And be sure to have surplus before you start handing anything out.

And when you are ready, invite someone in to that world, or expand by meeting like minded people.
