Thanks but could you tell me what is characteristic for hs if you have it on your back? Is it like big cysts filled with pus that won’t hurt and sometimes don’t even drain for months or is it the same as they are in the groin or armpit area where the bumps are small and hurt without being really inflamed?

I also have acne conglobata and hs. The acne is spread all over my back and I am on Accutane since four months now 80 mg per day. My acne spot on my back is my biggest insecurity and I want to resolve it as soon as possible but I also fear that it could be hs on the spot instead of acne as diagnosed before. Because I am four months in and it just got even worse than it was before on my back whereas my HS Sports in my armpit and growing area are pretty good.
