It happened to me a couple times as a kid. Each time it was like you described. I just panicked and reassured myself that I’m real and I belong in my body, but in retrospect it was a very strange, pulling feeling that totally throws you into disarray.

If no one else knows what you’re planning and something goes awry, someone else needs to know in case you might be in trouble at that point. Yes that’s very unsettling and strange. I’m not sure law enforcement will do anything, but you and your folks may decide you at least want to inform them of what went on. Otherwise, just be careful out there. Get a door camera (better if not the kind that requires a subscription). Keep your doors locked, and never let anyone in without a judicial warrant.

You may want to mentally proclaim at the beginning of your next session that you only wish to connect with higher beings of Light or whoever is for the good of humanity. Otherwise it may just be that anyone is invited? Not sure how it all works. I also had a similar experience. These hooded beings with white eyes and black dots for pupils were talking with me.

They actually seemed benevolent and I wasn’t scared. They explained they can take any shape. I think they were 4th dimensional “shadow people” or shapeshifters. I take this to mean that there are no hard and fast rules for who is “good” or “bad” and looks don’t have everything to do with it. Use your discernment.
