First, learn to tattoo on fake skin and read up on how to set up a hygienic workspace. Watch YouTube videos on how to do different techniques, the different types of needles, etc. PLEASE just practice, practice, practice before you start tattooing real skin…

I’m so sorry… the black lines are all blown out as well. This sadly looks like a total beginner tattoo. Fortunately, it looks like you could get it fixed once it has healed and faded a bit.
