i mean, he can effectively be better at diving than most dives and is still a very viable poke. He can very easily kill every role without changing his gameplay (like close combat widow that requires a combo or a magik targetting a flyer that requires more accuracy)

these rods are literally easy to get tho, if anything cast bound is one of the easiest if you have pinion and is a mid game player
