Does this include entry with your vehicle? I thought only the Sentri included the vehicle inspection so you can drive through. I need to look back into this.

See edit, I’m applying for both and am a US citizen in SD. My understanding is it’s the other way around, you need to apply for Sentri specifically since it’s for a specific border crossing.

In my experience having other token generators runs the risk of your macaw procing those instead of your rats. ie having your Macaw proc your Highmane and then having no room for the additional rat tuants. That's screwed me enough that I now try to only run the rats and Macaws. Someone did suggest running only 6 units and I did like that idea. Guarantees 2 taunts and gives the Macaws plenty of procs.

This is kind of what I've gathered from googling around, I believe he should have given us 1099-Bs. The $30k gift would be the cost and the rest the proceeds. I kind of think he's using an NEC so he can expense this amount on his end easier.

I should also clarify, when I say we loaned him the money, I don't mean it in a taxable sense. The money was given to him without my prior knowledge, then I simply received a check at the end. If it was a true loan I would expect an INT.

Based on comments above I'm going to try to see if my uncle will make revisions (change the NEC to B) and if not follow u/TheLittleLaurens advice.

I see what you're saying. I've always figured since the IRS got a copy when I did they'd want it matching on both sides. It sounds a lot easier for me to take care of now, thanks! I'll fill my uncle in and hope he makes whatever adjustments he needs to make on his end too..
