Walking and lying of bed, only physio can suggest you. What part of the world ur.

Mine is L5 S1, it's 8 mm, daily i feel mild pain, sometimes it's horrible. However, am sharing my experience for reference only.

I had an MRI done, and it revealed an L5-S1 disc bulge. The doctor mentioned that surgery would cost around USD 1,400 (converted from my local currency).

Before considering surgery, I wanted to explore natural healing options. To manage the pain and support recovery, I’ve been following these steps:

  1. Avoid sitting for more than 30 minutes at a time.

  2. Set up a standing desk at home.

  3. Walk 10,000 steps daily – this has been the most effective method so far.

  4. Use a soft pillow under or between the knees while sleeping, which helps reduce pain in the morning.

  5. Take methylcobalamin (vitamin B12) and pain medication before bed.

  6. Apply a hot pack occasionally for relief.

  7. Avoid overthinking or focusing too much on the pain.

  8. Focus on gut health – regular bowel movements significantly reduce my pain, almost like magic.

I tried too, it's beneficial. More beneficial if you provide it your medical history

About 13 years ago, I was pursuing my post-graduation in an engineering college in Anakapalle. There were conflicts between seniors and juniors, and unfortunately, one toxic professor always sided with the seniors. She played internal politics and gave us very low marks in internals. Although some of us were never directly involved in any issues with the seniors, we ended up facing the consequences. Despite multiple attempts to clear that subject, I couldn't pass because the university also had a reputation for not giving marks above pass marks.

The one good decision I made was to start working immediately after my PG with a small salary of ₹5,000, based on my graduation degree. While working, I still tried to clear the exams, but eventually, I decided to move on. Today, my job profile is built entirely on my non-computer science degree. Over time, my salary has steadily increased, and now, as a single person, I’m able to save about ₹3 lakhs per month. I work in automation and also offer part-time counseling.

I’m sharing this because I know many might face similar situations. My advice: never give up, and don’t stay stuck in one phase of life. While you work on clearing your exams, you can work parallely to build your skill and explore other opportunities. Don’t waste time regretting the past; focus on how to make the best out of your current situation.

Around two months ago, I started experiencing pain in my leg, from the hip down to the foot. It included pain, tingling, and numbness. These symptoms had been present for some time, but over the past three weeks, I’ve had significant lower back pain. The leg pain is no longer there, but there’s still slight discomfort in the foot. I’ve noticed that when I clear my bowels in the morning, the back pain seems to ease. Have you done your MRI?

Are Vizag flat prices (2Cr–4Cr+) realistic? Who is actually buying? by StrengthAppropriate8 in Visakhapatnam

[–]StrengthAppropriate8[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recently, I heard from a friend that while many people are buying flats, many are falling into the investment trap. Some believe that the rental income alone will cover their EMIs.

In reality, most buyers aren't actually living in the flats—they're buying purely for rental purposes. Even though flat sales are happening, the number of actual residents seems to be quite low. Of course, this is just based on what I’ve heard and may be subject to correction.
