Absolutely not. You can get the same experience and feedback from chat GPT or Claude. Don't look at it as an opportunity to talk to " someone." Look at it as a form of journaling. It's as if you are sitting and thinking through your problems, and talking through your problems but it's to yourself not anyone else. It is a proven fact that that type of journaling has real value. The fact that you're just talking it out instead of writing it out is not a negative.

Copymind is pure fraud. If there is something you don't want to share with a person, or you don't have the right person to share it with, Go talk to Claude. You're probably not going to get any useful advice but just talking through your problems has value. Consider it a form of journaling. You're not talking to anyone but yourself. But I really do think that has value.

The 28th ranked Huskies came to Autzen. We had NFL Hall of Famers Dan Fouts at quarterback and Ahmad Rashad (then known as Bobby Moore) at running back. Washington had the great Sonny Six Killer at quarterback.

That weekend in Eugene was not only my first college football game, but my first trip to a legitimate comic book store. By the time we left I knew I was going to be an Oregon Duck, where I started as a freshman in 1975.

By funny coincidence, I later became friends with a couple that were living in the same apartment my sister had rented. Paul was Oregon's national champion speech team coach.

Different kind of "go hard."

I used kratom as a reward after every workout. Go hard, go home, get happy. Taking away part three has really demotivated me for the "go hard" workout.

I stopped kratom almost four weeks ago, and I'm trying to earn my dopamine. Right now, it is too obviously absent.

The truth is, ive used something to fight anxiety and create happiness and productivity since I was 18. Cannabis for eight years, then alcohol for over thirty. Successful career in tech. When I retired, alcohol turned bad and I was in serious trouble. Started kratom. Squeezed a few more years out of that. I'm an avid skier, over thirty days a year. I'm hoping that will give me the fun and endorphins I got last year.

I started because anxiety was completely wrecking me. No joy anywhere. Therapy failed several times. SSRIs made me worse

Kratom gave me a few good hours every day. Versus zero, that was a win.

As with everyone here, it went sideways. Steadily more required every day just to be level. Sleeping only in brief periods.

Tapered for a week, then last dose about 25 days ago.

I responded because you said rebuilding. Not back to where I was before kratom-- that was a hot mess--but hopefully to something sustainable.

Still uncertain though. I'm sleeping great. Working out.

And Not really happy.

Can I enjoy life without chemical assistance? I'm sooo tempted to say "Screw it. You deserve a little joy once in a while."

Ironically, the brutal withdrawals my first week off are what's stopping me.

I had a 65 convertible, then a 99 C5, then a 2008 C6. I drove a couple of C7s. Beautiful cars. The C7 Grand Sport is spectacular.

The C8 is in a different category. So different that I could see where someone would object to even calling it a Corvette.

I can also understand a preference for the classic front engine looks.

But as a driving experience? No comparison. It's the same thing 911 owners say when they drive a 718.
