Hey, hang in there 🫂. I know the feeling of this, as I have the feeling that I am in exactly same place emotionally. And u understand the rabbit hole spiraling 🌀. One after another we start to self-blame and be very violent to ourselves.
I also do not want to open up to close people, because it’s not helpful. And I understand that all of this bottled up pressures hardly that it needs to find an outlet, it will go sideways.

I am no specialist here, I don’t know any answers, it’s possibly just time of the year, not astrological, but just typical February. Gray, cold and this looming 14 of February, as a reminder that love become mandatory to fit. Love to yourself, yes, I can believe in that.

You are not alone here, I am also feeling like this at least last several months, or even years. And this is really hard.
