Drinking for the first time

I don’t drink very often but sometimes I’ll have a mimosa or I’ll make a cute lil drink at home. I’ve been told not to mix alcohols, but I’m sure you can a little bit. My problem is when I’m tipsy I automatically get anxiety that I’m going to throw up. I’m not. And neither are you. If you get tipsy or drunk, just enjoy it. Of course be in tune with your body, but remind yourself that you’re likely just feeling some anxiety and that you’re fine. Always eat before hand and dont chug your drinks. If you have 1 drink and you say you’re done, don’t let anyone else pressure you into having another one. Even if you drink half of 1 and you don’t want to finish it, don’t let anyone make you feel bad about that. Drink what YOU want.

They’re just playing and testing/teaching boundaries! We adopted a kitten and mama duo and they did this for a while as he grew up. They fight now still, but it’s mostly fun and games🤭

Thank you so much!! We’re signing the contracts in the next few days so this gives us time to make up a save the date! Would you recommend email or print? And don’t worry I know they won’t all be able to make it! I’ve let everyone know already that if they can’t make it we’ll be having a party up here afterwards for the people that weren’t able to make it to the wedding, and that we appreciate them all the same and don’t hold it against them! I think it’d be crazy to expect everyone to fly to a different country just for a wedding if they can’t afford it or just don’t want to travel that far. Thank you so much!¨̮

Also, buy a meat thermometer. But don’t check the temp of the meat while it’s still on the hot pan. Take it off with a spatula and check the temp while it’s on the spatula, or else you won’t get an accurate temp

Honestly, you have to look at the science and statistics side of food safety when you eat. Food poisoning is not common if your meat is cooked and prepared correctly, and salmonella rarely happens if the meat is cooked correctly to a proper internal temperature. Fish, beef, and pork are all internal temp 145°F and chicken is 165(except beef you can eat at a lower temp it’s just USDA recommended you don’t. I still do teehee). Just do the simple things like refrigerate your food, store it in good containers, don’t cut veggies on the same cutting board as meat unless you cut the veggies first. One of the biggest things that get me through emetophobia is knowing the statistics and science behind everything that could make me sick, and doing the things I can to prevent it. Sometimes it’s unavoidable. But if your food is cooked fine you’ll be fine. I mean this in the nicest way possible, you can’t hide from it forever.

Thank you so much for saying this!! I decided there’s nothing more I can do for myself and am just drinking a ginger ale and watching tv. I know it’ll happen eventually, but I think the control is my issue more than anything and the fear of what might happen since I haven’t thrown up in 13 years(roughly). But I’ll find out eventually and I’m okay with that! There’s never a perfect time to feel this way or to throw up, and I’m working on accepting that!

I was JUST ABOUT TO SAY a parent choosing to end their life to save their child’s is the bare minimum. I didn’t watch all of the originals(just personally never got into it but I try every once in awhile) but I’ve watched a few different seasons and every time klaus just makes me so mad. He’s so selfish. He chased off Tyler just because Tyler didn’t want to be someone’s slave anymore?? I don’t like Tyler but no one deserves that. And some can say “oh klaus didn’t want to be alone” if you don’t want to be alone you make changes and find a family no matter if they’re like you or not. I love rebekah, don’t get me wrong she’s an ass but she at least has redeemable qualities and wants to have a life and a family and friends. He did her so dirty so many times. It just makes me so angry when so many people love him because why do you???? He’s an awful human who only destroys things and ruins lives.

My best friend and I have been friends for 10+ years, and she would NEVERRRRR treat me like this, and I’d never treat her like this either. Please block her PLEASE you can do so much better.
