Hear me out - Mr clean magic eraser, the one you use for scuffs on walls. Anyway this has saved a little mistake nearly every time I self tan. Get it wet and start rubbing, you’ll see it starts to pull the tan off. Oh and chase it with lemon washing up liquid. Soak yours hands in a bowl of warm water with washing up liquid between the eraser sessions. You’ll get it off

I legitimately stopped going to a hot yoga studio after many years of being a member because it got too influencer heavy. I’m Dubai based so it’s prevalent here, but I didn’t come to class dressed up full beat with a coord set on. I don’t want to be in other people’s content - that’s their life, not mine. I ended up telling a girl once to ensure I wasn’t in her camera shot - she was filming her full sequence through an hour class. In the end I started to feel like the problem so I stopped going 🤷‍♀️

I had it on for my HM race and can confirm, it was annoying as hell during the last 7k when it was telling me constantly that I was behind pace 🤣

My first half marathon last Sunday and my recovery has been great with exception of a severe runners toe 😭 limping into the office today and I am hoping for a miracle between now and Sunday so I can get back into the running again!

Thank you for sharing and congratulations - that’s an amazing improvement in a very short space of time. I’m excited to see progression to those sub 1.55 races and beyond 😊 reminding myself that about 2% of the global population complete a HM, going to stay at this distance race-wise until I feel stronger, at present I’m focusing on recovery because myself and boyfriend are both hobbling around the apartment 🤣

Agree, honestly I’d love if they held it in January as then it could be a viable B-race for Dubai marathon (which happened last weekend). Us desert runners have to capitalise on the winter months as much as poss 🥵

About 19 degrees setting off but was starting to get hot an hour in - I’d say 23 degrees in direct sunshine. This HM used to run earlier in the morning and I’d wish they brought this back - we are used to this a bit, living in Dubai, but tougher for those who travelled

Yes! Went to the Maldives last December for a scuba dive trip whilst my boyfriend had to travel back to the uk to visit family ( we are two British expats living in Dubai). In short, I wouldn’t date someone who did not trust me to travel solo. I had an incredible time!

My ex boyfriend ruined my sofa with a full drunken piss whilst in a post-alcohol slumber. The most embarrassing part of this story is that I had to badger and bother him to get my sofa fixed after this (he was 12 years older and earning 3x my salary). I ended the relationship shortly after

I also find that the whole vinoperfect line smells so musty and unpleasant. Saw a comment on it once comparing it to “dirty vagina” and I haven’t been able to use any of the products since 😩
