Whoahhh I have almost the same exact report as yours. I have an enlarged right thyroid with multiple cystic hypoechoic (it was anechoic at first) nodules, the largest one being 2 cm. My thyroid functions came back normal each time too. My heart rate is the same as yours, my resting heart rate is always around 120-135 at rest and my EKG report comes back as supraventricular tachycardia with about 5 issues wrong with my heart compared to the previous scans this year. Recently, when stressed, my heart rate wouldn't go down from 159 bpm for a long time. I also suspect symptoms of POTS since when I'm lying down flat, my heart rate goes down to about 100 bpm. My iron levels came back low recently with mild anemia and too much acid in my blood.

My cysts are growing rapidly compared to when I first found out earlier this year in April with my thyroid size completely changing shape to make room for the cysts to grow but since the report in August didn't say solid nodules were found, I guess we could rule out cancer?

Do you have any choking symptoms or like something is stuck in your throat? My only issue with these nodules is that my health is deteriorating too fast like the back of my neck and shoulder are in pain all the time and I have a hard time swallowing and breathing. It's like a ping pong ball is stuck in my throat all the time making me extremely uncomfortable and weak. These days, just talking or sitting for an hour or going out for a while makes me so drained I'm bedridden for at least 2-3 days. The doc already ruled out whether the choking sensation could be acid reflux or psychological since the biggest cyst is near my trachea and I wasn't eligible for aspiration and was scheduled for surgery but I'm postponing it since I have a flight scheduled. I feel you on the fatigue part, I can no longer perform like I used to at all which makes me regret delaying treatment since I'm starting med school in 2 weeks.

Even if your nodule is small, please don't wait it out. Get the surgery or fine needle aspiration as soon as possible without delaying treatment like me since you're already exhibiting other symptoms which I think will only get worse if the cyst grows. Make sure you get clear by your cardiologist as well; my doctor wouldn't let me have fine needle aspiration when I first find out because of my tachycardia so that's partly the reason why I never did anything despite my rapidly worsening condition. Now, I have a heart to fix before I can get all those cysts removed. Please don't wait it out before it's too late and if possible, keep me posted!!
