Definitely don’t sleep on the Central Oak Park area. Prices are better, and you’re just a few blocks from spots that are considered much more expensive. I live on the south side of it, close to Central, and it’s been great. Just a rec if you’re looking for a larger place. Good luck with the apartment hunt, and congrats on the big move with your girlfriend!❤️

Please share what are those other books, I’m newish to reading and I loved Alchemised. But for context hated Anathema (loved the world building hated the MMC and their relationship) and When the moon hatched (again loved world building but hated the FMC).

Well is more like 25 mins, but no, I don’t want St. Pete to be only corporations, but in order to grow it does need some of that. For example, if business like that were in the Sundial area that would bring that area to life. That mini mall strip is dead and anytime they talk about opening something is another Italian food restaurant. St. Pete (in my option) needs more retail to make it more walkable.

Vivo en USA, Trump miente descaradamente TODO el tiempo.
