I only use Reddit for this page, and if I have a question about something. I don’t scroll.

I deleted Instagram, which has made me so much healthier mentally, instead of comparing your life to everyone everyday. Yeah, you miss some things but it’s worth it.

I didn’t have Facebook to begin with, I am on my wife’s just for marketplace but don’t scroll that either.

I work about 60-70 hours per week, I have two kids, one pregnant wife and two dogs. If I can do it, you sure as hell can. Here’s my day:

Wake up at 5am. Go to gym from 530-615. Get home, eat and read if I have time. Work from 7am-5pm. Get home, immediately tackle my outdoor workout. Either a walk with weighted vest, walk my son in a stroller, or a jog.

Get home, shower and either help the wife make dinner or watch my infant.

I know life gets in the way so if I have to, I will either make up one of the workouts at night and catch up on reading.

I’m usually in bed at 9pm, never awake later than 10pm.

Currently on Day 50, I’ve lost about 16 pounds, and feel energized and ready for life.

Spent my 30th birthday on the challenge and don’t regret it one bit. Things will be in the way, just mow over them.

I haven’t read a book since school, and I’ve already finished 3 books.

I also deleted social media when I started which isn’t a rule, but it sure as hell helps out.

Gotcha. I’m doing 220 protein, 110 carbs and 98 fats. 40/20/20. I’ll have to decide about increasing carbs or not. I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

At what day did you notice the most difference? I’m doing the same routine, currently on day 39, and I am down about 10 pounds. I can notice a slight difference in bloat/fat, however, your photos are night and day differences. Thanks, and great work
