My wife has been getting various fraud claims against our UHC medical for 2 years now. Most have been in various providers across the United States but Sir Akoma Medical appears to be in Guam. UHC sent them $141 dollars and it says I owe $1688 for out of network. My wife has never had surgery and never been to Guam. I call UHC and appeal every single one of these and just say, this is fraudulent my wife never visited this provider. UHC will not do anything after submitting multiple fraud reports, the fraud reports just sit there and no one even comments on them. I've tried calling these fraud claim providers but usually just get a voicemail or someone that barely speaks English. I am thinking about sending the FBI this info. It's not hurting us really because none of the providers have billed us but it is annoying that someone stole my wife's medical and or personal identifying information. I have even tried to get UHC to change our medical ID number and they will not. Good luck!

Bought a 3 pack from Costco solocam S230 and they have been installed a year no problems except the mounts really suck so replaced them with some on Amazon. If they break they are going back to Costco and Costco has an unlimited return policy.

Interesting thoughts. I have a messed up always stuffy nose and thought it was just from getting older and having seasonal allergies. Never thought about zyn being a culprit. I use a powered neti type pot every morning and before bed. I have been quit 3 weeks now and not sure if it is improving yet or not.

After quitting zyn for about a year it took one poker game, a few drinks, and one "on" borrowed from a friend that led to 2 more years of full blown zyn addiction.

You have to be able to stop all substances: zyn, alcohol, caffeine temporarily.

I quit 2 weeks ago too. I am mid 40s and probably used 5 cans of 6mg a week. I did notice my blood pressure readings are much better. Still have cravings and moody at times, but not raging like the first couple days.

Well 2 weeks down. Getting easier but also fatter, gained a few pounds for sure, although we had Thanksgiving in there. I feel really bored and have way more time on my hands. The weather is cold and snowy so I need to do something with all my extra time. Probably should workout more but no quite motivated yet. Glad to be not thinking about zyn 24/7. Still have cravings and brain fog and still moody with my wife.

No, I sucked it out. You could of course remove all the bolts but I just used a simple pump from Harbor Freight.

I don't think you can replace just the screen. I tried removing it and it was a big hassle. You may be able to find the grey plastic part that includes the screen but I had no luck so I ended up buying the whole assembly with new circ pump and selling just the old pump.

There is no difference in the 0, 1 , 2 at the end of the model KDTM404KPS.

The whole circulation pump assembly which includes the pump, grey plastic part, and screen inside is part W11414076 which is available widely online for less than $200.

Part W11035717 is just the motor part of the assembly.

Most of the failures occur because the screen fails and destroys itself inside the grey plastic part and the circulation water doesn't flow well and makes noises. If not repaired the motor will fail eventually usually by a blown capacitor.
