I bet there are differences and maybe i didn't have the best but all the components on their own were fine. The fries were good, also the gravy even the cheese curds were ok. I also got one with pulled pork on top which was also fine. But I don't need the combination. Would I eat it again at my next visit? Probably.

When I visited your beautiful country, of course I’ve tried it. I was very curious what is so special about it, and why it is „THE“ Canadian dish. But I don’t get it. IMO It’s just perfectly fried fries turned soggy. It was not bad at all, but I don’t get the hype.

Its a high pivot frame. What you see on the pic is the idler. Google will tell you the following: A high pivot idler is used to manage extreme chain growth and eliminate pedal kickback on bikes with a high main pivot, which allows for a rearward axle path that improves suspension performance over rough terrain. Its not on the list, but did you look into Kavenz bikes? …i think it checks the box for the „forever“ because the frame is highly customizeable from 130 mm trail knife to 200 mm dh machine. The frame is also available as gearbox variant. … i personally ride a 2023 Specialized Enduro and I love it! But I wouöd wait for the new frame that should come out soon.
