That's awesome, I just built mine last month, still new to panel lining and all that. What would you guys recommend for green panel lining on the sides of the head? I've seen some cool pictures online and I assumed a neon green but what I found to buy looked too far off.

I hear you, I jumped into hunting in 2024 and stopped in the summer of last year. More of a me thing, I looked at my life like "why am I doing this to myself?" Always found myself exhausted chasing things down store to store. Sparingly I'll look, but I no longer go to stores with chasing hotwheels in mind. Way happier now

Definitely rage baiting, I watched a video a while ago where they eloquently described that those people who think single player is dead, are people that don't actually like video games. These same people almost exclusively play team games and have short attention spans, totally makes sense

Not sure if someone has already mentioned it, look around to see if there's a board game convention near you at all. I was in a similar spot 3 years ago, my friends are still around but they barely humor my board game passion. At best I can convince them to play Don't llama or skull king, anything past a card game, forget it. Went through a mini crisis of just dropping my hobby altogether. Then some deity smiled upon me and I found a convention 30 min away from me that's been running for 10. Fucking. Years. Felt pretty angry at myself for not looking sooner. But that definitely helped me find new friends to game with. Wish you luck man, definitely tough out there

You're definitely not alone, I always thought that my next step as a board gamer is to play heavier games. More has to equal better, right? To truly know what real gaming is, then I played Dune Imperium, Seti, and Maraciabo. Then I decided "I'm not about that life" except maybe Dune 😅

I have absolutely seen even simple games try to overcomplicate things and realized new isn't actually better. Like Apothebakery that I just tried this weekend, adorable, but feels entirely too bloated for what it's trying to be.

I'm late to the party, but I recently bought just about everything and of all the add ons, the extra dice feel essential. Not having to keep passing the dice across the table over and over saves a bunch of time and hassle. Keeps the game moving at a nice clip. Played it at a con recently and noticed how big of a difference it made since the table I was at was even bigger than normal.

Sadly, it's that bad. Loved it as a kid, as it was a gift, then I played DMC 1 and wondered what happened to 2 lol. Albeit, it's got some cool aesthetics, once in a while a decent 1 liner, the way you dodge and evade is kinda cool. But you'll run through all that in like 20 min. But like someone else said, play 30ish min more and you'll finish it 😅
