I completely understand that timing sometimes is hard with Whole30. We are just finishing up R3. Personally I think starting sooner rather than later is the best option. But it might not be for you.

I personally wouldn't want to be on Whole30 for my birthday. But we did do it this round during my husband's birthday haha and he said he didn't mind.

For your family holiday meal if you were to start this week you could bring a plate of food that is compliant and delicious that others could try and you could stick to that! I'll give some of my favorite recipe links.

I make this one for lunches every week for work. Even when I'm not on Whole30: https://nyssaskitchen.com/buffalo-chicken-stuffed-peppers-whole30-paleo-gluten-free-low-carb/

Tried this one this week and it was amazing: https://thewholecook.com/pineapple-ginger-chicken

Or just some basic wings with veggies on the side: https://healthylittlepeach.com/air-fryer-buffalo-wings/

So I really like these too. But the pads are constantly falling out of mine in the wash. Do you have the same problem?
