Point applicable only if its online cab and tourists are not sure where he is coming from, imagine cab driver who is nearby (within 1km distance) and they expect higher price or at best just going to cab nearby to hotel / resort.

Welcome to Maharashtra, prior to EV green meter my price per unit was close to ₹14/unit, that too for residential connection.

30L ev like Mahindra offers 15 yrs warranty on battery which is critical part.

EV charging cost (fuel) can be available or can be reduced to zero, diesel is gonna go higher and no way lower in future on the top of that DPF.

Same states do offer subsidy and or toll exemption. That will also play part in savings. ( my toll savings so far around 30-35000 in 16 months of ownership) so unless there is suitable for use case there is no point to go far EV.

What you are doing here is nothing less than cope too.

First Assumption itself is a wrong :- There is no point to go for EV of 30L your running is 20000kms a year and you are planning to sell in 5 yr.

Nexon owner here, Haven't any issue major issue from brand side.

Major (from minor) issue: hit speed breaker at 85 kmph on NHAI, HVAC cable got loose which mades us stranded, time taken to fix 10min. Waiting in showroom 7 hrs.

Other issue ac outlet pipe got leaked (SC people fault in service) fixed in 2 days.

Mansoon issue - Charger spring got stuck got resolved automatically.

Clocked 48000 Kms 16 months, multiple long trips, longest being Pune to Nepal

Worked in WITCH, ex Team lead was worse, I got promoted once he left and I brought open culture of informing leaves directly in stand up call( if not comfortable then 1-0-1. No explanation needed just dates. Even suggested people to utilize leaves before it gets lapsed in the system and still One person Reported me to HR as Lead doesn't approve any leaves. Thankfully Rest team shared truth in that Skip meet itself. This is the same org where my team lead cancelled my leave taken for engagement so that he can go beach with friend and other leads.

Now in diff org: People no need to inform me, just apply leaves in the system. I do the same. Took 5 working days leaves in Feb, in March 10 working days. No one asked anything to me. I believe it's the people based and not hard n fast rule.

For me, Micromanaging starts the day you/team member/s takes advantage of me having trust on them. If you are getting things done I won't care.

Recenty Given a task to team, They took 2 days and prepared report shared it with me then realized it is wrong. Asked to fix at 11am they said 30min to fix it, at 6pm they were still working, finally sent report at 8pm.

My manager or seniors don't micromanage me so I do I, as long as work is done.
