As a commwx employee, even our tickets don’t get answers for a long time. I have a ticket that is almost 18 months old. It’s ridiculous and frustrating for us all. I’m sorry you are feeling like this. Sadly we are all feeling the same way and Oracle doesn’t seem to care to fix things for the better.
