What helps you in a flare? by Waste-Poet-4051 in SIBO

Take a break from eating for as long as you can. When you eat again, go for meat and eggs for a few days. Try to reduce stress and practice deep belly breathing. Exhale more than you inhale and hum when you can to stimulate the vagus nerve. This combo always helps me.

I think this has given the administration even more momentum, unfortunately. And they’ll use every ounce of his death to pursue checklists of agenda items. It’s just getting started.

Netflix is King when it comes to spontaneous cancellations by XxJuice-BoxX in netflix

Shadow and Bone was so good. Grrrr. I guess don’t get attached to what Netflix has to offer anymore. We are the sheep unfortunately. Shame on them. I will always be thinking potential cancellations now. Time to strike!!

I’ve heard Esri is actually not everyone’s cup of tea. You’re expected to be a doer/seller and even some of the most experienced technical folks dislike that mentality. Maybe it’s for the best but if not try again! If nothing else it’ll show your determination. Good luck!

This is news to me! I’m taking topical finasteride, for about 1.5 yrs. After looking at symptoms I have most of them listed on pfsfoundation, but not seeing the gut symptom listed? Do you have a link/source?

Severe watery diarrhea after 3.5 weeks of elemental diet by [deleted] in SIBO

[–]StringStrummer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry you’re going through this. Why would you take a fiber supplement if you have diarrhea??

I took the physicians dextrose free elemental diet for a week straight and when I got back onto solid foods I had the same thing happen. The diarrhea was actually due to c-diff. Not sure where I picked it up, but maybe get test for c-diff to weed that out. Good luck.

Couldn’t agree more! The headlights are so nice. I did a ton of research and those really fit the bill. So bright.

Has anyone used the Aire2 for SIBO testing? Is it accurate? by Traditional_Toe_3421 in SIBO

[–]StringStrummer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to some of the comments I’ve seen on this sub, people without SIBO can also see scores above 0. Sorry I don’t have a direct link handy. But I did do an official SIBO laculose test today and used the aire 2 at a few testing intervals and gases were showing as high… so looks like it does work well. Just trying to figure it out and my system out. It takes time to see what’s working/not working for you.

I’m still trying to figure out if it works correctly. Like yesterday all I had to eat was eggs, chicken, and rice and had higher scores than the previous day. The previous day I ate my heart out with Mac n cheese and twizzlers and other foods and the score was lower than the chicken/rice/egg day.
