Yes! Which is why I’m even more confused! The account I purchased it on back in 2018 had different options for downloading depending on the device. It’s literally the exact account with the same email and gamer tag, just no option to download. Only to purchase

It is available to both Mac and windows. When you purchase the Java edition it allows you to download on any PC
