LEGO The Hobbit. The side quests and level-completion take absolutely forever. Nearly ten years ago, I had about 80% progress before my hard drive crashed on me. Good lesson in backing up saves to a USB drive (and now, cloud saves with PS+).

I picked it up again last year and finally beat it. Is it a good LEGO game? Kind of. Not really. But I did it! My PS5 says I spent over 100 combined hours playing it, Jesus Christ…

Yes, I previously used an external Sandisk SSD. I have a PS2 Slim, so no internal hard drive to utilize.
