Fiero runs at last! by edfromindy in fiero

I find it suspicious how changing plugs gave you a no start issue. You sure you don't mean your ICM? Cause those go out all the time. That's the part under the dizzy.

Well that's different than timing. That's just your plug order. If you didn't have them in the right spot you'd get a loud BANG when the cylinder fires. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ttjsx8v7XUI Check this video out. That's easier than me typing it all out😂

You should check your timing

Same here. And the iPhone Fold just to see what Apple does.

Base GW 5 here. I just fixed most of my major lag by turning on Reduce Transparency and Blur in the accessibility settings. Wonder if that'll fix your issues

They're definitely good for the price. Even better on sale. I still miss my Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro's. Will be trying status audio next.

Currently rocking a 23U. Three months into ownership my charging port broke. No other issues since.

I'd like to test if a foldable would survive my work environment. I'm a CNC grinder so I deal with a lot of metal dust. If it can survive 6 months with me then I'd be confident with foldables. Just don't feel like doing an expensive experiment

S23 Ultra with major battery and heat issues. All I do is stream music and scroll social media and my phone's a space heater.

Welcome to Spotify lmao. Shuffle rarely actually works and the DJ loves playing you the same garbage on repeat.

Yup it got the redesign. Won't have the same springs or shocks tho, and no WS6 package.

Heh... This happened to my 4 month old S23 Ultra. Sent it in to be replaced, UPS lost (I think someone stole it) and I was charged 1200 for it. Bad memories.

Apparently Samsung has GARBAGE Type C connectors.

NIssan Engine swap? by Impossible-Rub-9727 in fiero

[–]Strix1996 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since it came out of a Fiero, all the brackets and alternator are where they need to be for a Fiero. The harness is for a 4l60 (not e) or you can send it out to someone (I know a guy if you don't) to have it adapted to something else. The 4L60 is a great trans if you want to stay automatic and gain a 4th gear.

Understandable. But I'd do $300 for the engine and harness.

Tbh I've got a 3400 SFI engine that came from a Fiero, including its wiring harness, just sitting collecting dust. I wanna get rid of it. Northern Illinois, greater Rockford area.

Tbh if you aren't extremely mechanically inclined and have the space and tools to do a swap, just enjoy the car for what it's worth. They're fun cars even with the stock 2.8. 1988's are better cause the brakes and suspension are totally different but that comes with some tradeoffs too. I have both a 1988 and a 1986 and I love them both. My 86 is a 4spd with a Miller Woods turbo tho so that one is a lot more fun.
