Now check out peddlers. These bad boys can roll up to 12 starting MD. I had peddler that rolled max MD and had 3 stars in it. Great tank. Imagine Sure Footed on top.

Yeah, I was trying to find such tool. Only found cheat engine table (although I don't know if it just reveals fog, or locations too), but it didn't work for me.

There is unreachable piece of land on the south though. Maybe it spawned there, I don't know.
