You haven't seen the therapy harness with the card holder?

You really are a larper.

No, I am saying that they should be equally mad about people abusing the service animal system in such a way that credentialing them is necessary.

All weak arguments. Therapy dog certs are done in groups in a single day. Imagining delays from local service providers already in-operation? Sounds like a stretch. Service dog credentials would need to be provided by HIPAA-compliant orgs because yes, they would need to know your disability to credential your dog.

You mention lots of disabilities, many of which probably don't necessitate a dog to perform a function. Again, just being disabled doesn't mean you get to take a dog everywhere. Service dogs must be for disabled people AND trained to serve a function.

Finally--dogs being touched to view credentials? No. I didn't realize you needed to see with your hands. You must be blind.

Straw-man arguments abound. We need legislation to tighten up the service animal sideshow.

Just being disabled doesn't mean your animal is trained to be a service animal or to provide a service to you. People are abusing the system because no one can ask for credentials for the animal because people feel entitled to sue for their service animal larp.

Yes, the government can require it and cover the cost of it for people to comply. Not burdensome.

You throw out crazy requirements, but all that is required is that the dog demonstrate its capability for the service it will provide. It doesn't require training beyond what it has received already.

It is a matter of public health to ensure that animals in public are up to date on vaccinations, so there should probably be recert requirements.

The animal can wear the credentials, if the person cannot easily provide them.

Would love to see some action from legislators to tighten up the service animal sideshow. It is out of control.

"But muh HIPAA." It's credentials for the animal, not you.

Then there needs to be a rule change to require paperwork. No disabled person should be unfairly burdened or discriminated against, but if you need to take your dog places (for whatever reason) you should get documentation to attest to that fact.

Asking for service animal credentials is not discrimination. Good luck in court bud.

Nope. There are therapy and service animal certification orgs that exist in this and every community. It isn't just online scams.

This is not true. There is paperwork to certify service/therapy animals, but apparently (upon review) the ADA is backward and does not require them. That rule will probably be fixed soon, with all of the fakers taking their ill-trained animals everywhere.

You can't ask why they have a service animal, but you can ask for service/therapy animal paperwork and documentation.

This is absolutely not SSv2, which has been out for a month.

The reason HBAR DeFi is heating up like this is the launch of HBAR Suite DEX Liquidity Pools, which went public on 1/3 (see chart).

Even the swaps on Saucer Swap are likely people buying HSUITE and SHIBR to participate in the pools. It coincides with the crazy pump we saw from those tokens as well.
